Is there a free plan?

No. We offer several paid tiers, from Starter up through Enterprise (see pricing above). Every plan includes full data ownership and weight export. No lock-in.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your model weights remain in your GCS bucket and are exportable even after cancellation.

What happens to my model if I downgrade?

Your fine-tuned weights are always yours. Downgrading from Business to Professional or Starter affects access to features like advanced A/B testing and priority support, but your deployed model continues to serve requests.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — annual billing saves approximately 16% compared to monthly. Toggle to annual on the pricing cards above to see the exact rate for each tier.

What counts as a training run?

Each fine-tuning job submitted counts as one training run. Starter includes 5 runs/mo, Professional includes 30 runs/mo, Business includes unlimited runs. Extra runs beyond your plan's limit are billed per run — see the pricing cards above for the current rate.

How does Enterprise pricing work?

Enterprise is custom-quoted based on volume, SLA requirements, and security configuration. Contact us and we'll scope it within one business day.

Can I run the model on my own infrastructure?

Yes — on-premises export is available on the Business and Enterprise plans. You get a portable adapter bundle you can run on any compatible inference server.
